My friend accidentally flushed her blackberry down the toilet. She bravely chased after it but with no luck. Since then she has had to modify her bathroom routine and learned that all 7th graders have been taught by their parents to put the toilet lid down before flushing.

Apparently she flushes at the same time as standing up from the toilet. As the water was going down she heard something drop and turned in time to see the phone go down the hole. 7th graders put the lid down because all of them have dropped their phones at, one time or another, in the toilet. (because everyone in the world toilet texts)
I was trying to eat when I read Jeremy's comment. Was.
If I had a phone, I'd totally toilet text. It's better than making a real phone call while you do that thing.
