It seems like falling for your boss would set you up for nothing but hardship. You can't express your feelings, if you do things get really awkward, you can't sleep at night and your boss wants nothing to do with you.
If your boss is hot for you, however, you have the power. You can manipulate him or her to your will, lead him or her on and wind up with promotions, extra days off and bonuses. You'd still need to play it cool, however, if you want to use the boss as a reference down the road.
I love pain. I think unrequited love is awesome. I think it would be great to have a sexy boss. I would have motivation to come to work everyday, perform my best, dress well, and touch their elbow when they make a joke. Not to mention the love letter I'll write when I leave for a position at a different company because the torment is too great.
