As the not-other Jeremy commented, Asia's variety would certainly make for a wider assortment of video game levels than the middle east, and I'd probably pick it for the fun factor. (Wars are always fun.)
But I think he's wrong about getting to choose where to fight. His opponents who know the territory will probably largely control the battle locations, and no where to hide in those jungle trees. Just something to think about.
I am thinking that it would be the land war in Asia...not only does it provide greater diversity, the "Princess Bride" reference notches it right up the ranks.
